Megamalgamation by captainslam Megamalgamation by captainslam
Well, I was able to put this picture on PikiGeek.com for a sweet contest thing and I've sold a few on Etsy, and I just realized I hadn't put it here yet! I am an airhead.

Anyway, the poster is in alphabetical order starting at the top of the head, and it's got characters from video games, movies, and cartoon shows! I spent several months working on it and it's developed into a real labor of love.

I still have a few copies left of the poster that I'm selling here, in case anyone wants a copy: [link]

And if you ever get stumped trying to name all the characters, here's the list in the order they appear, in spreadsheet form: [link]

You may call it obsessive, I just call it organized =)

Is there a specific process you use to create these? I've tried shrinking a standard pic down to an 80x80 size in paint then cleaning it up and picking a few base colors to fill the character but the end results are no where near this quality!

Hey I love all the things you post but I ask you if you will continue making megaman style sprites because I would love that you add new characters like The Arbiter from Halo 2 and a Locust Drone from Gears of War That would be awesome!! :D

This is amazing! Do you mind if I asked how you made it and what programs you used?

Hey, thanks! Sorry for the super-late response, but I appreciate your feedback! I made the sprites in MSPaint and organized them all in Adobe Photoshop :)
